Shipping Policy

1/ PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay for purchase transactions.


2/ SHIPPING

  1. Delivery is made as long as stocks last.
  2. The Company undertakes to deliver the Products within a period of 30 days after full receipt of payment, unless another delivery date is agreed between the Company and the Customer at the time the Agreement is concluded. If the Company is unable to deliver the Products within the aforementioned period, the Company undertakes to inform the Customer of this in writing. The Customer will then give the Company a new, reasonable delivery period. If the Company again exceeds the deadline, the Customer has the right to cancel the order. The Customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as the order leaves the Company.  The confirmation contains the description of the product, the total price and the planned delivery period. The Company will deliver the order to the address provided by the Customer to the Company during the purchase process. If no one is available at the Customer's address at the time of delivery, the Customer must follow the instructions of the delivery service in charge of the delivery of the order. The Company reserves the right to make partial deliveries of the Products ordered, for example if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event of partial delivery, the Company shall inform the Customer. Upon delivery/collection, the Customer must check the packaging for any damage. If the Products are damaged, the Customer may not accept delivery and must notify the Company immediately and at the latest within a period of 48 hours.   Upon notification, the Company will provide the Customer with the necessary instructions regarding the damaged Products.
  1. There are shipping costs on all orders outside of the Netherlands.
  1. We currently ship to all of Europe and the UK.
  1. In case goods are shipped outside of Europe, costs of duty are to be affected by the receiver of the package. The customer is responsible for these.


Delivery costs

THE COMPANY works together with X to offer the best possible shipping service. We offer free delivery for orders of € 500 or higher. 

For US Market, all taxes and duties are at the expense of the customer.THE COMPANY will not be responsible to cover these costs.

3/ RETURNS

Please visit our returns centre to initiate a return


To return a purchase, you must meet the following conditions:

–Return within 30 days of your delivery date

–Return items in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

–Return items with original tags and packaging

*Please Note: Pre-orders and custom orders are not available for return.

Max Zara Sterck reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees, duties and taxes are not refundable.

EXCHANGES 

Purchased goods can be exchanged within 14 days. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned goods and are based on stock availability. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your goods to MZM STERCK and simply purchase the new piece separately via  the online shop of the Website.
